Thanksgiving weekend

We left CT Wednesday night and were pleasantly surprised to make good time without hitting any traffic. Thursday morning we watched the Macy's day parade on tv which was a big with Nate--balloons, music, dancing, Macy's stars (he's obsessed with stars), Sesame Street characters...what more could he want?!

I took very few of the following pictures. If you follow Sarah and Jessie's blogs then you'll have seen these already. Sorry!

It's official--Uncle Tim!

Hanging out before the guests arrived. Time to get gussied up!

Nate is mesmerized by fires and candles. He knows they are "hot! hot! hot!".

Saying bye to Jessie and Tim who headed down to Cape May after dinner.

Love this moment that Sarah captured.

The end of the night and back to undershirts and bare skin.

Friday football game

After the football game the kids and my parents made Thanksgiving treats for the birds.

Friday night we went to an amazing light show at my aunt and uncle's house. I'll post about that after I steal some pictures from Sarah :-). Saturday we cut down our tree. And then Sunday we went to church and returned to CT (again, no traffic!). What a great weekend! We have so much to be thankful for!
